Time to get the food in order. I've been doing well - but I can do better. I've been aiming for more fruits veggies, fewer refined carbs and more lean proteins. I've eaten more than I needed to on a few occasions lately so I have decided to pull out the journals and start tracking. I may put the entries into the SP Tracker but its so cumbersome for me.
Anyway, still here...still doing CrossFit 2 - 3 days a week (this is week 2) and supplementing with "dates" with Gym.
