Today was weigh-in day. I lost another 5.5 lbs, so that makes my total down 12 lbs since about 3/25 (can't remember the exact day)!

My mini goal for the next week is another 5 pounds. I did 20 minutes of Zumba tonight, plus a lot of strength training today at work. I also logged 7281 steps on the pedometer today, which is 3.447 miles! That's 195 calories! I know the step count seems low, but I set my goal at 5000 a day, and I've beat it every day so far. This is a huge improvement for me, because I'm a couch potato. Well okay, more a computer desk potato, but you get the idea.

Tomorrow I'm doing Walk at Home again, and more strength training at work. I'm there for 10 hours a day, so I may as well use my down time to lift a weight, right?

I have to be honest. I'm surprised that I haven't lost motivation yet. Exercise isn't easy for me, and I'm sucking air like I'm about to stroke out. lol But you know what? It feels good!

Alright, off to the shower for me. Then to bed so I can get my 8 hours.
