Making April Count!!

Ok...I'm getting back on track this month!! I'm putting my health back to my number one goal!! I've been playing around with the 2's for much too long. I've got to get under 200 this summer and I won't rest until I do it!! I have a trainer and I know that muscle burns fat but I still want or would like to see the weight off!! People are telling me that I won't see it if I have a trainer but I believe I will!!! Cardio is a problem for me so I picked some fun cardio classes at the gym! My worries are that I won't see under 200!!! So, I'm going to push myself until I can't to get under 200! I'll let my motivation be people telling me that I can't do it or that it's going to take "YOU" forever to lose cause you're 44!!! Well, I've always said,"age is nothing but a number"!! So, keep telling me what I can't do.....so that I can show you what I CAN do!!!

Now I think I'm ready!!!!! emoticon

    Onderland, here she comes !!!! You can do it, you have stated you do not like cardio...have you tried Zumba? It would be a great way to get your cardio in. Have a great weekend, Josée

    You can do it!! I love the positivity :). I think it's really smart to pick fun classes if cardio isn't your thing. Maybe you'll discover something you love! emoticon emoticon
