Oh, my goodness!

Day 65! Hurray for that!!!
I'm at the end of the day so I'm feeling all tuckered out, but I did want to note that I did my best today. I took the dog for a walk, took the stairs instead of the elevator at work, parked at the far parking lot and so on. Just trying to work more exercise into every single day. I read an article in the Times last Sunday about the dangers of the sedentary life. Don't I know it!?!!! So, every little bit counts! I'm coming up on my 2nd Spark anniversary, and while I still have a way to go, I've definitely made progress!
