Day 4 of Bootcamp

I loved today's video! I did the stand-up core workout and because I loved it so much, I did it twice! I may even add it as a regular to my strength training days.

Because I have to work Saturday, I was off today and will be again tomorrow. Good thing too, because I didn't get any of my laundry done. Instead, I went to lunch with a friend. She's going to Germany for 3 years, so we're trying to cram some quality time in. We had Subway, so I had black forest ham, wheat bread, no cheese, lots of veggies, only 2 pieces of meat (I'm not a big meat eater), and mustard. All in all, a successful lunch.

When I got home, I did the core workout (twice!!!!) and then had to take Austin to get new glasses after school. He broke his frames yesterday. After the eye doctor, we went to Walmart so I could get a new exercise ball. I've had them before, but I always ended up not using them and they end up being thrown out. I believe this is the forth one. lol Anyway, I got another Leslie Sansone DVD, some resistance bands, and a set of 5 lb weights as well, because the 3 lb weights don't seem to do much with the side bends.

Taylor was supposed to have an orchestra lesson tonight, but her teacher was busy, so no lesson tonight. That doesn't really upset me, as we were running really late, what with the unexpected eye appointment.

I should have the 10-Minute Trainer DVDs tomorrow. I also added a few Jillian Michaels DVDs to my Netflix list. I have to tell you, I'm not so sure about her though. To be honest, she scares the crap out of me! I guess when I'm fit enough to actually do them, I'll view her differently. But right now....SCARY!!!!
