Day 5 of Bootcamp

Today was okay. I was stiff and sore this morning, the top of my back, between my shoulder blades. I did 45 minutes of yoga, and my shoulders feel a lot better now. I did the Day 5 workout. It was pretty easy, but I still only did it once.
I'm going to soak in the tub and go to bed early. Hopefully I'll be in a better mental state tomorrow.
