Woke up this morning with a renewed sense of hope...

Tuesday, May 10, 2011

I am so proud of me. Yesterday I was dirt tired but I still went to the track and did a mile. It is not a lot but it is a big accomplishment for ME. any other day I would give the excuse that I am tired and not work out but I cannot do that anymore. Not good for and that is not the example that I want tot set for my kids. So with that said...I am embarking out into new waters and kicking this weight square in the ass. I am so tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not liking what I see. I have a ton of clothes that I cannot wear and I am not going to give away. SO I am going to do me and get it popping. First goal...15 pounds by 6/10/2011!!!

Let's Get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Got to keep that motivation going. You can do it. It is so easy to say no, but got to keep the negative out.

Don't you dare pooh-pooh your accomplishment with a slightly self-deprecating remark - "It is not a lot but it is a big accomplishment for ME." *It is a lot!!!* Whatever is a lot to you is a lot! Even the half-marathoner could say, "It's not a lot but it is a big accomplishment for ME" if they compare themselves to full marathoners. And that just sounds silly, doesn't it? Transform that mindset to showcase your pride and erase all doubt - so it'll spill over into everything. Own that accomplishment and simply say "It is a big accomplishment for ME" without the "but" type statement. No butts allowed. emoticon

You rock. So proud of you. Getting out there can be so hard!

Keep it up! I wish I had that much motivation yesterday, as I did the complete opposite of you. But today is another day. Thanks for inspiring me to just do it anyway! emoticon

Get it, Prue! I agree with you and TYEAST69, what's 30 to 40 minutes of doing something good for YOU out of the day?! We MUST take the bull by the horns and sling around the arena a couple of times just to let him know we run this! LOL!

Keep up the good work! SO proud of you!

Great job! When I really, really don't feel like working out, I just think that it's only 30 or 45 min out of my whole day that I know I'll be mad about not doing later. Keep it up! emoticon
