Day 25 of Bootcamp

I think I overdid it a bit. I did the day 2 video once, day 4 video 3 times (both of those are from 28-Day) and day 4 of SIS twice. Then I did the jump rope cardio and one of the kickboxing cardios. I've still got one more cardio video to do.
I say I overdid it because I've got a sharp pain in my left side. I've been done with the exercise since around 2pm and its still hurting. It started right away, and it gets worse, then eases up a little, then gets worse again. I'm pretty sure its from the day 4 standing abs video. I did it 3 times because I love it (there's that word again....about EXERCISE!!!!) so much, and I think I either pinched something or pulled something in my oblique.
I'll take it easy for a little while longer. I'd planned on going for a walk while Taylor was at her lesson tonight, but I think I'll forgo that and just sit on the instructor's porch and read. Then this evening after dinner, I'll try my last cardio workout.
So I didn't like the fact that I'd only dropped a pound last week (I know, I know) but now I'm almost sure it was Mother Nature playing evil tricks on me. Does it sound weird when I say I FEEL lighter today? lol I'm sure its all in my head, but still. It makes me feel better, so I'm taking it. lol
