Day 25 of Bootcamp

I think I overdid it a bit. I did the day 2 video once, day 4 video 3 times (both of those are from 28-Day) and day 4 of SIS twice. Then I did the jump rope cardio and one of the kickboxing cardios. I've still got one more cardio video to do.

I say I overdid it because I've got a sharp pain in my left side. I've been done with the exercise since around 2pm and its still hurting. It started right away, and it gets worse, then eases up a little, then gets worse again. I'm pretty sure its from the day 4 standing abs video. I did it 3 times because I love it (there's that word again....about EXERCISE!!!!) so much, and I think I either pinched something or pulled something in my oblique.

I'll take it easy for a little while longer. I'd planned on going for a walk while Taylor was at her lesson tonight, but I think I'll forgo that and just sit on the instructor's porch and read. Then this evening after dinner, I'll try my last cardio workout.

So I didn't like the fact that I'd only dropped a pound last week (I know, I know) but now I'm almost sure it was Mother Nature playing evil tricks on me. Does it sound weird when I say I FEEL lighter today? lol I'm sure its all in my head, but still. It makes me feel better, so I'm taking it. lol

    Great job Amy!!! Now let's not go injuring yourself any further!!! You are on fire this week, I'm sure it will show on the scale, and if not, just give it a kick, right, lol!!! So proud of you!!! You are definitely an inspiration! I on the other hand have not been motivated this week! Hopefully will get back on track! Just not feeling it this week! Glad to hear you are having a "light" day, those are the best! :)

    WOW! That is a lot of exercise! :) You are amazing! Keep up the great work! Don't overdo it, though. You wouldn't want to have to take time off from working out, because you did too much.

    One pound is still a loss and much better than a gain. I can see why you were discouraged, though. You have been doing so great with your workouts. You are probably building a lot of muscle. I would go more by how you feel than the number on the scale.
