Tomorrow is weigh-in

It feels weird not numbering my blogs by days. lol

Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I actually had to weigh today to post my final progress for 28-day, so I already know what it is. I'll post it tomorrow officially.

Taylor and I did a cardio day today. She did the Tony Horton 10-Minute Trainer Yoga session, and then we both did the cardio session. You'd think after all the work I've done it would be easier. Still not the case. As the day went on, more and more muscles started aching. lol Along with 10-Minute trainer, I did the 28-Day cardio video and the SIS kickboxing video. Taylor sat out on those two because she's got her Algebra final-part one tomorrow, so she spent most of the day studying. She did take a break and do strength training with me though.

Other than that, and grocery shopping, we took it easy today. There was so much running yesterday, I thought a relaxing afternoon was a good idea.

Tonight I watched Survivor. So happy with the outcome! I'm not going to say anything more because I don't know where its at on the West Coast. Don't want to spoil anything for anyone.

I'm going to pack my lunch for tomorrow then soak in a nice hot bath. Back to work again tomorrow.
