Boot Camp, Ah naw Im good....

Tuesday, May 17, 2011

I love it when people who are unfit like myself or worse say to me boot camp, oh I'm good,
I don't want nobody yelling at me, I can't workout that hard, wha wha wha...

It dawns on me I know I have never felt that way about exercise ever, even at my heaviest~ emoticon.
I remember the doctor told me before I got married, years ago, lungs to weak lose weight, and I thought wth....!!!!! I was a tiny girl, size 12. WTHeck is he talking about. Now I reap the benefits of what he was pre-warning me about.

The boot camp I go to is in Detroit, its free and its fun. The trainer is a former co worker from the gym I use to teach spin class at. Yes it's called boot camp and no we don't get outrageous with the exercises. Yes the techniques make you think out the box. But I push myself beyond what we do because I have a goal, emoticonno it's long life and I know that I can.

So don't be scarred of the words Boot camp, it's worth the time, effort and mental press! Depending on the workout it's just a lil extra push in a group setting.

I'd hate to have the doctor yell at me or yet, my family yell at me on my death bed saying why didn't you make a little effort!

Come join me if you live near Detroit.

Holla if you feel me~

You must admit that the words "Boot Camp" is intimidating for most people. The image I associate with those words is that of Demi Moore in G.I. Jane! lol

But you know that I'm a willing participant!
