Yesterday was a pain in my butt! Literally!! My butt is SORE today. lol I did strength training exercises for the lower body, the 5-minute lower body with resistance band SP video and the 6-minute lower body SIS video twice. I don't know about everyone else, but I always struggle to find a workout that I can actually FEEL in my glutes. I've felt it in the hips and thighs before, but this is the first time I got out of bed the next day with a sore butt. lol I am SOOO doing this workout set again! It'll be great for my butt to be in the right place again, not to mention the right shape. lol And who knows, maybe this will solve that jump rope problem too. hehehe
I was supposed to go to lunch and then the gym with my boss today. I called her after I did my videos, no answer. I waited a while, tried again, no answer. Finally I gave up on her, made lunch, and when I got home from work, Taylor and I headed to the duck pond for a walk. We would probably still be there now but I had to use the little girl's room, and there's no restrooms out there. We walked for 25 minutes, hopped in the car and made a mad dash to my office.
Right now, I'm going to have some dinner and watch the DWTS results show on hulu. Tonight I'm going to do so more cardio. Not only did I lay down the challenge in my last blog, I also have a Biggest Loser challenge to win here people!!! Eye on the prize, eye on the prize!
