Sunday Busy Sunday!

We were headed to the grocery store today in the next town (they have a Hyvee, we don't), and on the way into town, I decided we needed to go to the zoo first. lol Its not a big zoo, but there aren't many flat spots in it, so you're either going uphill or downhill. I was out of breath most of the time, and my legs felt like they were going to fall off, but it was great! We spent an hour and a half trucking it around the zoo. Austin and I even jogged through parts of it. Okay, I jogged, he'd sprint up ahead of me so he could turn around and say he won. lol I've already decided I have to go back again in about 235 days, because on the way out, the chimpanzees were getting frisky, so I have to go back after the gestation period to see if there's another new baby. lol
After leaving the zoo, we went to Hastings to get a book for Austin. 12 books and 4 new workout DVDs later, we left. lol They had a 4 for $1 sale on some older books, so I got 8 of those. Austin got 3 new books with his birthday money and Taylor got one too. The DVDs are another yoga (Taylor's), a Bob Harper cardio, a Biggest Loser walking one and a Jillian Michaels cardio. We'll see how they go.
I'd planned to do one of the new DVDs when we got home, but after the SIS cardio kickboxing, I just couldn't. Sore legs, you know. lol
After Hastings, we went to McAlister's and had lunch. I love the Spud Ole! I got it with vegetarian chili. I had half for a late lunch and the other half this evening for dinner.
From there we went to Hyvee. Got the shopping done and got back home at 7pm. So much for a quick trip to the grocery store. :P You'd think I'd know better by now.
I'm watching Oprah Presents Master Class on Simon Cowell right now, then I'm taking my sunburned self to bed. Tomorrow is weigh-in, and I'm really not looking forward to it. I don't think I've gained though, so I'm still calling it a successful week. Hopefully the 100 MINUTES OF CARDIO!!!! today will pay off tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed people!
Have a great night everyone!
