1/2 lb. down, but at least I didn't gain, right?

I told myself that even if all I did was maintain that I'd be okay with it. Well, I lost 1/2 pound, so I can't be upset.
This is going to be a short blog tonight. I'm getting ready to do The Biggest Loser Power Walk. Its one of the new DVDs I got yesterday.
I did my SIS video for today. The evil Crunchless Core workout. I've done it once a week for the last four weeks now. Is it getting any easier? Heck no!!! I can't stand that video! I'm just glad that its over and I don't have to do it again. :P For my bonus videos, I did the two New You Bootcamp ab workouts, both with the ball. They were much better. I still felt the muscles working, but without all that voodoo pilates stuff. lol
I'm going to do my cardio now, then hit the shower and head to bed. Have a great night everyone!
