I thought my legs were in better shape from all the walking and jogging I've been doing. That's until I did The Biggest Loser Power Walk two days in a row! I did a mile yesterday and two today, with cool down and stretching afterwards. I have to hand it to these people. They're animals!!! I thought for sure it would be like Leslie Sansone. Its not. lol Its still low impact...ish. There's a lot more upper body cardio added in. It feels good once you get past that hump of feeling like you're going to suck all the air out of the room. I know two miles doesn't sound like much, but you have to try it. Its more physical than you'd think. My goal is to be able to do all four miles, plus cool down and stretch, by the end of June. That's doable, right?

I was at work today for 10 1/2 hours, bored out of my mind. Tuesday is a really slow day. It gives me time to get my manager stuff done though, so that's good. Unfortunately, that lasts about an hour and a half, then I have another nine left. :P

When I got home, I watched the DWTS finale. I won't say anything about who won, in case someone's got it recorded for later. Lets just say I was shocked about 3rd place and I was really hoping 2nd place would have won, but the pair that DID win really deserved it. Vague enough for you? lol

I still have my SIS video to do. Its one of my FAVORITES!!! Its the butt workout again. Because our challenge this week is to put our videos on repeat, I'm doing this one 3 times tonight. I also selected about a half dozen other lower body videos to do along with it, giving me 66 minutes of strength training on the lower body tonight. That brings my fitness grand total to 106 FITNESS MINUTES TONIGHT!!! WooHoo!!!! (I say that now...someone better have the EMTs on speed dial for me LOL) My legs are going to be like Jello tomorrow, but that's okay. I've got some weight loss to make up if I want to stick to my 2 pound a week average and hit my first goal of 264 by August 1st. If anyone has an extra ice pack I can borrow tomorrow, just send them over and stack them on my chair, because that's where I'll need it! lol

I haven't been over to the team pages yet tonight, so I don't know the final outcome of the Biggest Loser Challenge weigh-ins. Hopefully we had a great week.

I'd better stop typing and start with these videos if I want to be done by 1am. :P Have a great night everyone! I'll see you all tomorrow. I may have some major typos, since I'll be typing from a standing position! lol
