I'm sorry I just saw your post. I just do my own... Right now I'm going 2 min(intensity from 3-7) and 1 minute (high intensity prob 8- 10). I use the elipictical machine works best for me. Sometimes I when I walk the track I do the same ratio walk two laps , jog one ...but since I can't really maintain high intensity for the entire lap , I don't think it's real HIIT
