One more day, then its a 3 day weekend! Yay!!!

Thursday, May 26, 2011

All I've got left this week is an 11 1/2 hour day tomorrow, then I can relax for 3 days. We're going to our friends' house Saturday for a cookout. They're being stationed in Germany for 3 years, so we've got to cram in some quality time. :P

I'm getting ready to do my videos for the day. I'm NOT doing the pilates one again, so I've selected alternate ab videos to do instead. Then I need to do at least 10 minutes of cardio or I'll feel like a miserable failure! Just kidding. I just want to try and stay as consistent as I can so I don't lose momentum.

Last night was a horrible night. I was in and out of bed a half a dozen times, feeling like I needed to get sick. Nothing ever happened, but it sure felt like I needed to. I can't think of anything other than the sour cream I had on my dinner that could be the culprit. How do you tell when sour cream has gone sour????

I'm outta here people. Time to get my mid section burning. emoticon Have a great night everyone. See you after my very long day tomorrow.

You are so right to keep the momentum going! Physics principles totaly apply here- it's so much easier to keep yourself in motion versus stopping and having to start again! Have a great weekend :)
