My very long day at work is over, I've done all my strength training and video, now I'm going to do a mile of Walk at Home and some stretches. If my legs feel okay, I'll do more, but as of now, I'm only planning on doing 1 mile. My hips and legs are on fire from that one circuit of Jillian Michaels.
Let me get this mile done so I can get to bed. I'm sore and exhausted.
