Today was a good day.

I slept in a little this morning, then Taylor and I did the SIS video twice, then one of the kickboxing cardio videos. After that, Taylor wanted to do yoga, so we did 35 minutes of that. It helped quite a bit to loosen up my legs and hips. They've still been pretty tight and sore since doing Jillian Michaels the other day. Who would have thought that just one circuit of seven would kick my butt so badly!
After the workout, we went to a cookout. We went to the store to get all the stuff we needed. I was going to have a Boca burger and salad, but instead I had a taco salad, made with Smart Life ground "meat" and fat free refried beans. Its one of my new favorite foods. I've had it several times in the last week. Sherri got some Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches at the store, so that's what we had for dessert.
I'd planned on working out some more when we got home, but I'm just too exhausted to do anything besides go to bed. I still need to eat more, but I'm not hungry, so I think I'll just go to bed. I'm not even at 900 calories for the day, so I'm hoping that doesn't bite me in the butt in the long run. It makes me nervous to have it so low. I don't want my body to think I'm starving. Maybe I'll have a bowl of cottage cheese before bed, just in case.
I finished the Spring Into Shape bootcamp today! YAY ME!!! lol That's two bootcamps down. Now I'm headed back to the teams list to find another one to do. I'm worried that If I don't have a daily goal to accomplish that I'll end up sliding backwards. This way, I HAVE to do the workouts every day, or I won't complete the bootcamp in the 28 days that its supposed to take.
Alright, let me get off here. Its 11:30pm and I'm having trouble staying awake. :P
