I'm so happy: I've been using the "go to bed just a little hungry" trick, and it is working! And my aerobics class is helping me a lot too. I'm finally almost completely over the Bell's palsy, and today I was able to stay up with my aerobics instructor until the end of the fast section. Woo hoo! Now that's progress! As a special treat, I found that I've lost 1/2 pound, and I've really lost it too because I waited for it to be missing for a week and it's still gone! Hurray!
