New Goals on Spark Page

I don't k now how to change the goals on my spark page, so i'm gonna try on here.
Our goal is to change our goal..I THINK...
I am trying to change my "behaviorial thinking"...my new words..
I started off the first of the year losing 10 lbs a month, did good for 2 mos, then i went to pot...i haven't gained anymore but i haven't lost anymore either.
So, I decided to quit feeliing sorry for myself, quit falling back into the old habits & try to do 6 days of working out a week...even if its not for as long as my goal is...3100 calories burned off. I will DO as much as i can on the days i dont feel like doing anything....I will also PRAISE myself for the things i accomplish NO MATTER how small they are...
