I have been working out and tracking my food since May 19th. So, I'm down 5lbs and ready to take my program to the next level. I haven't really added any serious weight training yet and I know that once I do the weight will definately start to melt off but I'm taking things slow.... Please with the 5lb drop.     Preparing for the second phase in my weight loss.....
    I'm going to be taking some fitness classes at the YMCA

    Kettle bell bootcamp
    A Toning Class
    and maybe....LATIN FUSION.

    I can only hit each class one day a week so this is why I'm taking three at time. I think the variety will be fun and create some muscle confusion as well.

    We'll see~ I will report my progress at the end of the month
