Day 213. Unfortunately Day 212 involved a very serious encounter with chocolate-chip cookies so I'm going to have to rev up Day 213 to get back on track. I'm headed out to the gym for some time with the treadmill and the weights. Those cookies were good, though....
Still, I was making great progress and I'm not going to stop now!!!
