Okay, this week as been super hard. I haven't food tracked, I haven't worked out, and I haven't been on SP/ Why is there such a gap between knowing what to do and doing it? These are my last two weeks of school, and it always stresses me out/throws me off. But to the extent where I'm just coming home, watching tv and then falling asleep by 8pm? I mean geez. I guess this is mostly a call for some help. I know once school is out I'll be able to take sometime to focus on me, but I would really like to learn to do this in my real life, when stuff is happening. Mercy. Okay, thanks all. I trampolined for 15 minutes this morning, which is better than nothing. Whew.

    Just take it one day at a time, that is all you can do. It cannot all happen at once, so make choices daily. Like today, make better food choices, tomorrow workout, the next day focus on water... build up to a better you.

    Don't beat yourself up. 15 minutes is great! When you're super busy, that's enough to keep your exercise streak going, and then just do your best to make healthy food choices. Life happens you just have to roll with it! It's all about being able to find balance. emoticon
