Tony Horton, Day 7: Week one DONE!!!

Week one is done! I live to tell the tale! Today was cardio, yoga and total body. Again, no extra stuff tonight, although I did a lot of wall pushups, leg lifts, walking in place at work today. I just don't know how much I did total, so I'm not logging it. I'm off tomorrow, so I'll do at least 100 minutes again.
So I put on my status that I had a great dinner of "junk" food. Let me explain. While I was at work, I was obsessing over the candy jar we have for the customers. Most of the jar is hard candies and gum, but there are some fun sized candy bars mixed in. I zeroed in on a fun size 3 Musketeer, so I looked up the nutritional values and decided I would not have the 3 bars that is one serving, but I did have one. I don't even care that much for candy, but I just couldn't get my mind off that stupid candy jar! I texted Bridget right away and told her what I was going to do. I guess I was looking for approval. :P
After the candy, I decided that I could have a "junk" dinner and it wouldn't send me over on any of my numbers, so I had 2 cups of watermelon and a serving of potato straws while the oven was preheating. Then I had 2 servings of California White pizza. It was so yummy! And for dessert, it was a Skinny Cow mint and fudge ice cream cone. I LOVE those things! So even though I say I had a junk dinner, it actually wasn't. It was just stuff that was junk-like. lol
I'm going to finish watching The Talk and then do some more team member searching for BLC 18. I've got all but around 8 added as friends. 5 of them don't have Spark pages, so hopefully throughout the challenge, they'll get their pages set up so I can send them words of encouragement and goodies! Lots of goodies! I'm going to have to work my butt off to get the max points for fitness, just so I can get the most possible points for goodies. lol
