Feeling blah today

I don't know what's up with me, but I just feel yucky. Not sick, just blah. Hopefully it'll pass quickly.

I definitely need to have a workout program in place. Its getting really hard to stay motivated this week. I've still been working out every day, but I just feel like I'm lost at sea. Does that make sense? I think I'm going to have to do the 28-Day bootcamp again, just so I have structure to my workouts. I loved doing Leslie Sansone again the other day. Maybe instead of the bootcamp, I'll make up my own program built around that. I'd really like to hit that 5 mile mark again, and sooner rather than later. It was hard, but I'm glad I did it.

It seems that since I stopped the TH program, my body has been aching. Especially up between my shoulder blades. I don't know if its because of the program, or because I stopped. I'm considering scheduling a chiropractor appointment, just to get stuff lined up again. OR, I could do 28-Day bootcamp again, and Coach Nicole can work out the kinks! lol

I don't know.

    Sorry you were having a blah day :( Those suck!!! Hope today was better for you! Chiropractor visits are the best!!!! You should go just to get a massage, lol! I think it's best to make a workout routine that you like, that works best for you, that isn't the same thing everyday or even every week, you don't want to get bored!!! I'm sure you are doing fine though, you seem addicted to exercise, which is a good thing! :) Stay motivated, cause without you, I wouldn't be motivated, lol!!! Sounds like your body is begging for a day or two of rest!!! Maybe Monday and Tuesday you can do that so you still have the rest of the week to get in your calorie burn before the next weigh in!

    I can sympathize with your "blah" feeling.....I have had that kind of day today. Take care of yourself and listen to what your body is telling you ~ you don't want any injuries that could set your back in your workout regimen!!

    I hate that blah feeling. I'm sorry you are feeling that way! :(

    It helps me to have a workout plan. I do better when I have my strength exercises all planned out, and then how much cardio I'm doing and how many miles I'm walking each week. I'm going to start my strength training again on Monday, and update all of my fitness goals to get myself back on track. I still plan on doing the 28 day bootcamp sometime, but just not now. There are some days that I have a really hard time finding a way to do the videos. It stresses me out, too. If I could just get a new computer of my own, it would be easier. I don't think that's going to happen any time soon, though.

    I'd say it's probably a good idea to see your chiropractor and see if you are out of place. You don't want to let it go, and get worse, or maybe you do. I am terrible about going to chiropractor. I always wait until I'm in terrible pain. I don't mind going. I just don't like spending the money. I do feel better after I get all straightened out, though. :)

    I hope tomorrow is a better day for you! :) Are you doing anything for Father's Day?
