I was really happy when I dropped a couple of pounds the very first week. It made me cocky that this was going to be an easy journey.
But subsequent weeks showed no more weight loss progress.

So as I was standing in a colleague's door yesterday, she asked me if I was losing weight on purpose! Wow, I haven't really lost pounds, but apparently I've toned up more.

    Your weight will fluctuate at first because you are building muscle and losing fat. So don't get discouraged if the scale shows very little. You're probably getting fit ;)
