Working On Motivation (w/Pic)

Today I am working on motivation. I'm making a motivation poster and a motivation chart. The poster has pics, words and such on it. The chart will help me to keep track of cardio, strength, water, etc. I'm also working on a list of rewards.

I've not had to use things like this in the past, but I really need something to get me going again. I'm hoping this will help! (Will post pics once they are done and up on the wall!)

One other thing that I did to help motivate me is to create a picture showing how far I've already come.

The pic on the left is me at my highest weight of 204. It's the best one that I could find since I would usually hide from cameras. On the right is me 50 pounds lighter. A bit more to go still, but wow! When I look in the mirror, I still see myself as I was on the left. I'm trying really hard to see myself as I truly am on the right.
