Down 19 and ready for the next

I recently finished up a challenge in one of my teams and YEAH I am down 19 pounds since the middle of April. Some days it still have a hard time staying focused and the kids can really push the buttons with fighting that I want to binge eat but trying to stay more focused this time. My next challenge is to lose another 15-20 pounds by the end of August. I really need motivation to stay focused because if I can accomplish this I will be close to the 200 mark once again and getting back to below it. I reached it once but after a miscarriage and a pregnancy I gained once again. Need all the motivation I can get.
