i have decided to have a go over the next 2 years to build my stamina
and go for a marathon training bit by bit extending my distance and capability.
it's a goal for me to achieve something worthwhile for my to endure and acheive.
beats stuffing my body with excess food and ignoring it's need for exercise.
hope hope hope.
just make a plan and keep to it.
time for a wall planner and some steps to follow.
