Going to bed early tonight

Today was my long day. And it seems even longer when my assistant isn't there. :P I have to work tomorrow, then after work we're headed over to say goodbye to our friends that are leaving for Germany. They'll be out of country for 3 years, then they'll be stationed someplace else. At least they'll be back in the US so we can go visit. Its going to be a rough night tomorrow.

Hmmm, maybe THIS is the source of this depression bout I'm dealing with. A brighter person would have connected the dots sooner. lol

I'm sitting here shivering, so I'm going to grab a book and take a hot bath. Have a great night everyone!

    So sorry for you having to go through something so hard!!! I know they are going to miss you just as much!!! Just push yourself and you can surprise them with your changes when they come back!!! Use that for a little motivation...how much can you lose before you see them again! :) And yes, that could explain the depression!!! When you get depressed it is usually so difficult to figure out the underlying reason, atleast you may have figured yours out...even if it took a couple days! I love you and am here for you, just let me know if you need a friend to talk to! :)

    Sorry about your friends. You will still be able to keep in touch though. : ) and just think about their reaction when they get back in three years and see the changes you have made in your life! It is going to be an awesoem reunion!!!

    i'm so sorry to hear your friends are moving , thank goodness for telephones and the internet. maybe she can get sparks online there, so y'all can chat.
    my thoughts are with ya, i know this is going to be hard saying bye, but just know even though she will be away, she is closer than you think, right their in your heart my friend.
