Still walking forward....

How lucky I am to have an air-conditioned house and an air-conditioned gym!
That has made it possible for me to exercise 3-6 days every week since the start of May. Doing that has been very eye-opening.
I haven't lost weight---not a single pound!---or even gotten much slimmer, but I am stronger and healthier, and I feel in better shape than I have in quite some time.
Naturally, it's hard to see the changes day to day, but I just looked at some of my past blogs and they gave me a very good perspective on how far I've come. I can get through an entire aerobics class! I can do Zumba! I've actually increased the weights I lift! I can jog! For more than a minute! All of that---every single step---is a miracle, and I am grateful!

    And I was going to say try walking back wards for a mile.. it'll work them bumm muscles. umm anyways..

    I'm sure it's frustrating to not be loosing weight when you want too. But as you said you are imporving in other areas. Sounds like your cardio is doing great! And some muscle gain too.

    What a happy post! Its great that you are not only looking at the scale for your positive results. Don't you just love to challenge yourself and hit those goals? It makes me feel so good! Keep it up. : )
