How lucky I am to have an air-conditioned house and an air-conditioned gym!
That has made it possible for me to exercise 3-6 days every week since the start of May. Doing that has been very eye-opening.
I haven't lost weight---not a single pound!---or even gotten much slimmer, but I am stronger and healthier, and I feel in better shape than I have in quite some time.
Naturally, it's hard to see the changes day to day, but I just looked at some of my past blogs and they gave me a very good perspective on how far I've come. I can get through an entire aerobics class! I can do Zumba! I've actually increased the weights I lift! I can jog! For more than a minute! All of that---every single step---is a miracle, and I am grateful!
