I got myself up on that treadmill

I'm happy to say that I made it to the gym today and jogged and walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes, just like I was supposed to according to my 5K Your Way Rookie to Running schedule. I got shin splints! That's a novelty for a non-athlete like me. In any case, I just slowed down and kept going and it worked. It was tough making myself do the jogging and the weights today, but I did it and I feel so much better now that I have. Oh, yeah! This is good! Woo hoo!
