Day 3 of 30-Day IsoGenix Cleanse

Holy moses, I am detoxing, for sure. I hope. I am exhausted...and have a headache which I have had since late in Day 1. I guess my ritual of a coffee each morning and an Earl Grey tea each night really was a caffeine addiction. I just didn't think my body depended on it. I am looking forward to the day when I can report to you that my head no longer hurts, I am clear thinking and happy and have more energy than I can shake a stick at. That is what the Isagenix marketing tools tell me will happen. I am keeping the faith. Had some social calendar struggles yesterday and did succumb to a half glass of wine spritzer...no big deal, but still throwing it out there.

I bought Jillian's 30-day shred dvd, too and plan to do that daily during...or as close to daily as I can muster.

On another note...today I volunteered at the inaugural Barrie Half Marathon and 5-K race event. And can I just say it was incredibly nice to be on the other side of the fence for once...to be there for all the runners and offer support and encouragement. What a terrific event the organizers put on for the first year!
