Week Two Update

Well I am a full two weeks in and have lost a total of 17.75 inches and 8lbs. They have us measure neck, both arms, chest, diaphragm, waist, lower abdomen, buttocks, each thigh, and each calf. Measurements are important because these products support lean muscle. I have been off coffee, tea, sweeteners for two weeks with no cravings and THAT says a lot!
What I was able to do in a month I have done in two weeks, and that says a lot too.
I am pleased.
