After dinner eating

What I eat after dinner is really the dividing factor I think between staying under my daily calories or going over. Last night after dinner and even dessert I still felt hungry so I kept eating. I was reading in bed and I just had to have a snack so I ate a bunch of wheat chex thinking hey that's good for me! But I ate it out of the box and ended up eating about 350 calories! Way too much. I need to get a handle on the late night eating. It is going to make or break me I think.
