I WILL make it to pilates.

I'm posting in public today because I'm really tired and I know that by 6:30 p.m. I'm going to want to weasel out of going to pilates. I like the class, but not as much as I like cardio, and, let's face it, 6:30 is practically bed time. emoticon
In any case, now that I've committed to going, in front of my Spark friends, I will have to do it. I'm going to try to find time to lift weights while I'm there too. It's been a busy week so I didn't do that on Tuesday and I want to work it in.
This is Day 303, and I'm dragging, but I know from experience that I'll feel better and sleep better if I get to pilates so I'm sparking my way there!

    Hope you made it to the class. I had to really force myself to exercise today, but like you, feel so much better when I know it's done. I noticed this evening how the nights are drawing in :-( that means I'm going to have to make even more effort to fit exercise into my day as I quite often go running later in the evenings.
