Wow - never thought I would say this....

My one hour walk has become important to me! I actually enjoy it. I can only fit it in my schedule 3 times per week. But it is my time. My world, enjoying my music....ME me me me me! Crazy huh? Never thought I would utter those words.

    Good for you. It's OK to have me time. I just have to be careful I don't take too much of it. I get up each morning looking forward to the exercise I have planned for that day. Today it's a 40 minute bicycle ride. We have the coolest temperatures so far this fall this morning (56) and I'm so looking forward to that.
