Fell down, but I'm getting myself back up!

I just changed my weight tracker today. This is a big deal for me, because I have gained 11 lbs in the past 2 months. I was in denial and every week I weighed in I didn't change it because the number kept going up. I took a break from tracking my food and exercising. I wanted to give up because life was getting hard but I realized that is what I always do and I need to change my ways. So here I am back and ready to be strong again. I've been going to the gym for the past week now and I forgot how good it makes me feel!
