It wasn't until this morning, that I realized an important change in my behaviour.

When I sit in front of the TV or do some work in front of the TV, those are the times when those cravings for something sweet will hit me. I would get up, open the fridge or drawer and indulge in something sweet.

My bf and I limited us to one chocolate bar or so once a week. And will only get one, when we are going grocery shopping. But my bf has a sweet tooth for chocolate spreads. For those who don't know Nutella for example, this is a kind of soft chocolate you use on bread or rolls like peanut butter or jelly.

So, when my cravings for sweets hit me, I would get up, take the jar of chocolate spread and dig right into it and wouldn't end until most of it was gone. Hey, from somewhere all the excess weight has to come ;)
Last night, whatever, I got up took the jar and just got one teaspoon with chocolate. Placed the jar back in the fridge and went with the spoon back to my laptop and indulged in just that one spoon. After that done I even logged onto and tracked it on my nutrition tracker!

I don't say, that there aren't those cravings, when I sit in front of the TV or Laptop, but I get to handle it. And yes, it's just the beginning of the behavioural changes, but I'm still kind of excited about it! That one spoon tasted good and still now (and back than) I didn't feel guilty about it!
