...the harder it becomes? Not really, but the last few weeks HAVE been a struggle, even though I'm right on top of my goal. Day 361? Can't believe it! But I'm proud that I've made it to the gym three times already this week, and I'm trying to stay strong. Gonna "finish" strong too cuz now I know that exercise classes are what work best for me and I'm committed to sticking with them AND continuing to lift weights for strong bones.
p.s. I just checked my first entry and it turns out my count is off. I'll actually meet my goal on Nov. 6 so I have a few more days to go: 10 to be exact. So I can make the next ten days into a mini-challenge. Okay, I'll do "something extra" every day between now and Nov. 6 to really mark the end of my 365 days of fitness!
