Emotional Eating

Emotional eating can happen when one is lonely or stressed out. There are times when life is tiring and you find that there is nobody to talk to or turn to. The goodness with Sparkpeople is that there will always be somebody to listen to you without criticising or judging you. Chances are there will be somebody who has already been through what you are going through. I am now learning to control my emotional eating but before Spark People, my consolation when stressed out or feeling low would be sweets, chocolates or salty snacks.
