REALLY need to get it together!

ok, so I just had a baby 11 weeks ago-A precious/rotten little girl! which would explain why I've been MIA lately, but since my 6 week postpartum check up, I've decided to go ahead and get back into shape quicker than I did with my first pregnancy...I waited over 2 years before I even started. So this time, I wanted to start early, but I'm finding it REALLY difficult to jump back in to eating healthier and working out. I'm having more of a hard time working out than with the eating. I feel like I'm just being lazy or lacking motivation to get up and moving. It may be a combination of the two, but whatever the case, I REALLY need to get it together! So frustrated with myself! emoticon

    Congrats on the new baby!

    Just keep your goals realistic and you won't find yourself too frustrated...been there, done that.

    One kid, time gets somewhat crunched. Two kids, more so.

    Have you worked out a plan of when/how often you can work out and not have to worry about who's watching the babes?

    Start slow, but start. Even if it's walking with the babies in the stroller...depending on where you walk (hills, etc.) that can be a great workout.

    You'll get it together-just be patient with yourself.

    Congratulations on your new baby. I found it easier to lose and get back in shape after having babies than at other times in my life. I think it helped a lot that I was breast feeding.
