Week 5 BLC

So this week I gained 1.2 pounds. I guess it could be worse. But idk...im lossing focus and motivation. And its only with the food. I work out just fine. Idk. Maybe after thanksgiving I will be back on track.
So Im super excited for black friday. It might be my favorite holiday. yea thats right I said holiday. haha. =) I love the rush!
I dont really have much to say this week. Hopefully week 6 will be better. =/
1. Work out everyday
2. Log my food
3. Lose the hoilday coffee (no more starbucks peppermint mocha)
4. Look at motivation on here once a day
5. Loss the weight I gained and then some (aim for 209)
