Week 5 BLC

So this week I gained 1.2 pounds. I guess it could be worse. But lossing focus and motivation. And its only with the food. I work out just fine. Idk. Maybe after thanksgiving I will be back on track.
So Im super excited for black friday. It might be my favorite holiday. yea thats right I said holiday. haha. =) I love the rush!
I dont really have much to say this week. Hopefully week 6 will be better. =/

1. Work out everyday
2. Log my food
3. Lose the hoilday coffee (no more starbucks peppermint mocha)
4. Look at motivation on here once a day
5. Loss the weight I gained and then some (aim for 209)

    Don't stress about the minor gain. If it's anything I've learned in the past few weeks, it's that you can't let it get to you. I stressed about a minor gain like that and it made me plateau, which in turn left me even more bummed. STAY POSITIVE! Take it as a lesson learned, and today is a new day. Take it one day at a time girl!

    Maybe when Spring semester starts, we can workout together. I would love a gym buddy that is reliable.

    I will be out of the UCF area for winter break (Dec.), but we could talk on here and motivate each other during the big break! It might help us stay on track.

    Also, I'm a coffee addict. You can still have the peppermint mocha. Just ask for it skinny. I promise it is just as good. hehehe.
