Why am I motivated?

I know how fit and healthy feels....
It is not having to examine the chairs at a public place to make sure they will support me. It is not avoiding canoeing with my family because of my weight. It is not sweating like a wild woman at the least amount of physical exertion. It is not moving the steering wheel to the highest possible setting to allow belly room. It is not avoiding airplane travel because the seat belt won't fit or the arm rest may not come down. It is not excruciating knee pain. It is not avoiding horseback riding because of cruelty to animals. It is not shopping for clothes that are long enough to cover me. It is not avoiding sleeveless tops. It is not avoiding riding in others cars because I can't control the air conditioner. It is not avoiding sitting in a lawn/camp chair. It is not avoiding wearing a dress/skirt because my thighs rub together. It is not being unable to get up from the floor. It is not being unable to shop at my favorite stores.
And the list goes on and on.....
Yes that is why I'm motivated. I AM DONE!!!!!!! I want to feel pretty again. I want to feel good about myself. I want to enjoy life! I know what it's like to feel fit and healthy and I want it back!

Loved this. So true about airplane seats. I am scared every time we go to Florida that this is the trip I won't fit. Good luck :)

All good motivations ... especially the airplane and canoeing ... ugh! I'll be in that canoe next summer though!
