68 minutes, 4 miles and 528 calories burned. This has been a really good month in comparison with the rest of the year. I have more miles, minutes and calories burned than any other month. I feel like I'm working towards something which is an amazing feeling. I want to keep going and continue to get in shape. I'm starting to be more aware of what I'm eating. It's a huge step which should lead to me feeling better and losing some excess weight. I know it's a big mountain to climb but I want to climb it each and every day. I feel like I had given up on myself but now I want to make up for lost time. I know what it takes and I have conquered this once before.
