Healthy Weight By March

My big goal right now is to be a healthy weight by March 19th...a day before my 30th birthday. This is the best gift that I can give myself. I am slipping here and there, but I am going to put my big girl panties on and DO IT!! I don't remember the last time that I was a healthy weight and I don't even know what a healthy weight would feel like right now. I think it would be one of the best feelings in the whole world! That is what I am working for right now. I have to keep reminding myself that I can do this and that I have come this far.

There has been a lot of sweat and tears to get where I am today and it feels good to know that I can do what I set my mind to. I have also decided that I am going to start to learn Aikido. It is good exercise and a way to learn discipline and some kind of self defense. I owe it to myself and my daughter to do this. I am so excited to continue my journey!
