Week 7 BLC

So this week I lost 1.6 pounds. Im now at 209.2. I past 210 which is a small reward. Im going to go get some jewelry. Umm nothing really exciting this week other than that. Oh my mom's birthday was monday so me, her, and my sister each got a cupcake. This little cupcake place opened across the street a few months ago and they are soooooooooo good. The good thing is they are not huge so I dont feel so bad eating one once in a while (i have a cupcake problem).

So week 8 is finals week which means alot less working out. But I am determined to do EVERYTHING for week 8. But after finals week is over I might try P90X. I really wanna try it. haha that could be funny. =)

ok Goals for week 8:
1. Do everything asked for BLC
2. Workout as much as I can
3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep (i would say 8 but come on its finals week)
4. Track everything
5. Hit 207
