Dear gorgeous Girl ...

... when you read this eight weeks have gone.
Twelve weeks full of cravings for those yummy foods. Twelve weeks full of sweating during exercising. Twelve weeks full of swearing because you have to get up early to fit those workouts in your day. Twelve weeks of painfully but honestly write everything down you have eaten.
All started with a honest reflection of yourself to see where you stood at the beginning. A point where no more denying the facts helped. No more excuses about a to hot dryer, which let your clothes shrink. You faced the inevitable truth, you gained all the weight back which took you so hard to get rid of.
To remember you here are the facts again!
Initial weight by 01-09: 111 kg / 245 lbs
BMI: 35.4
Bust: 103 cm / 40.6 inches
Thigh: 66 cm / 26 inches
Hips: 127 cm / 50 inches
Waist: 100 cm / 39.4 inches
Arms: 40 cm / 15.8 inches
Isn't it scary to read those numbers now twelve weeks in the future? Now they sound like numbers from another you! You said goodbye to your old-self and became a whole new person. Not only did you drop some of those extra pounds, you also became more self-confident and life-loving. Not afraid of meeting new people or stand up for your own rights. You are not hiding behind your weight as an excuse for not doing something.
You know you still have to loose a big number, but by now you know you will be able to do it. You did the first steps in the right direction and now you can continue in little tiny steps. Now you know how to stay out of trouble at those family occasions. You mastered the 50th Birthday bash of your ma, your graduation party and most important, those come-together with your friends. So what speaks again mastering the holidays without a weight gain? NOTHING!
And when you run in craving a particular food, sweat during exercise or have to get up early, just remember how good it feels to see those numbers on the scale. Less every week!
REMEMBER how it feels to try a new pants a number less!
REMEMBER all those compliments you got and will get on your weight loss!
REMEMBER how easy it is now to walk up the stairs to your apartment in the 8th floor !
REMEMBER how it feels not to be the heaviest in the room!
REMEMBER how it feels, that not everybody is staring at you 'cause you are the biggest!
Those are all worth the bad times and the hard work.
I'm so proud of you, that you come so far and will go on!
I know you can do it!
Love, your OLD-SELF
PS: You honestly have to tell me how much weight you did loose! I know you did pass the planed 30 lbs, so how much did you really loose?
