Letter to Myself: BLC #13

I am writing this letter on Jan 9, 2012 when I started BLC 13. At the moment I weigh 206.2. My goal for this BLC is to lose 25 pounds at be at 181.2. I want to be able to walk up the 3 flights of stairs to my Calc class with out being out of breath. I want to be able to run for 5 mins straight. I want to make my timed mile shorter by 2 mins. I want to be able to do 10 more crunches and 5 more push ups.
I want be feel lighter and thinner. I WILL feel happier! =)
I will get there by doing at least 10 mins of cardio a day and strength training at least twice a week.
P.S. Happy almost 21st birthday!
