Accomplishments of Week #1

Today is day 8... I woke up early and exercised again today. Go, Me!

I lost three pounds this first week back. Yah! It's always nice to get that boost the first week. I'm shooting for 1.5 pounds per week from here on out. On my way in to work, I was trying to think about what I accomplished this week. Here is what I came up with:

emoticon Lost 3 pounds

emoticon Drank a minimum of 8 cups of water every day

emoticon Did a minimum of 40 minutes of cardio every day

emoticon Stayed within my calorie range 5 out of 7 days. The average of the 7 days, though, kept me right in my range!

emoticon Logged ALL of my food and exercise every day

emoticon Blogged twice! (Trying to hit a minimum of once per week.)

emoticon Had no fast food breakfast all week!

    On your next blog you should consider posting about how you stay motivated to do all these things. I'm especially bad about logging my food. I start out well, but never seem to finish the day. You are doing so great! Keep up the great work!
