Accomplishments of Week #1

Today is day 8... I woke up early and exercised again today. Go, Me!
I lost three pounds this first week back. Yah! It's always nice to get that boost the first week. I'm shooting for 1.5 pounds per week from here on out. On my way in to work, I was trying to think about what I accomplished this week. Here is what I came up with:
Lost 3 pounds
Drank a minimum of 8 cups of water every day
Did a minimum of 40 minutes of cardio every day
Stayed within my calorie range 5 out of 7 days. The average of the 7 days, though, kept me right in my range!
Logged ALL of my food and exercise every day
Blogged twice! (Trying to hit a minimum of once per week.)
Had no fast food breakfast all week!
